If you see Goldfish - make a wish!
Japanese artist Riusuke Fukahori represented his amazing aquariums with goldfish at the exhibition "Goldfish Salvation". In spite of the fact that the fish seem completely real, swimming in the clear water, they are nothing but realistic 3D images.
Riusuke Fukahori poured transparent resin into wooden boxes and glass jars, and, layer by layer, using acrylic paint, drew fish. As a result, we can admire this volume and incredible realism.
Optical illusion resulting from these magical arts is so strong that you could feel strong temptation to feed the fish and to touch the water - just in order to test wether it's wet and cold.
Three-dimensional work is a favorite technique of Japanese artist . These and other pictures drawn by the author in 3D format, were presented at the exhibition in the ICN gallery in London.
Here you can enjoy the creation of the masterpiece:
That's off the beaten track!
